Tornay, Cédric

Cédric Tornay

Cédric Tornay, geb. 24. Juli 1974, starb am 4. Mai 1998 im Vatikan[doesn’t exist]. Er war Mitglied der Schweizer Garde und in dieser Funktion Teil der Garde, die den Vatikan bewacht. Ihm wird der Mord an Alois Estermann, dem Kommandeur der Schweizer Garde und dessen Ehefrau Gladys Meza zur Last gelegt. Danach soll er sich mit der gleichen Waffe selbst gerichtet haben. Zehn Stunden vor der Tat war Alois Estermann vom Papst zum 31. Kommandanten der Schweizer Garde ernannt worden. Eine interne Untersuchung im Vatikan kam zu dem Schluss, das C.Tornay Estermann deswegen umgebracht hat, weil er bei einer ihm zustehenden Auszeichnung übergangen worden war.

Offizieller Tathergang

C.Tornay klingelte an der Wohnung der Estermanns, wurde von seiner Frau eingelassen und hat zuerst Estermann mit zwei Schüssen in Gesicht und Brust getötet, danach seine Frau mit einem Schuss in die Schulter. Zum Schluss richtete er sich selbst mit einem Schuss in den Mund. Sein Motiv sei gekränkte Eitelkeit und Mangel an Anerkennung. Die Leichen wurden gegen 21:00 Uhr von Nachbarn entdeckt.

Gian Luigi Marrone, Untersuchungsrichter des Vatikans, leitete die Ermittlungen. Vatikansprecher Joaquin Navarro-Valls sagte, der Vatikan werde seine eigene Untersuchung durchführen, ohne die Hilfe der italienischen Justiz anzufordern.[¹]

Wenige Minuten nach Mitternacht erklärte Navarro-Valls, der Unteroffizier Tornay hat in „einem Anfall von Wahnsinn“ die Kontrolle über sich verloren und aus lauter Hass auf Estermann diesen umgebracht. Man habe einen Abschiedsdbrief gefunden und in seiner Unterkunft Zigarettenstummel mit Haschisch, die darauf schließen lassen, dass Tornay ein Drogenproblem gehabt habe.

Theorien

Der Journalist John Follain behauptet in seinem Buch „City of Secrets“ („Stadt der Geheimnisse“), Estermann sei homosexuell gewesen und musste Gladys Meza heiraten, um Kommandant der Schweizer Garde werden zu können. Estermann habe eine Beziehung mit Tornay gehabt und ihn regelmäßig schikaniert und gedemütigt.[²]

Eine Gruppe namens „Discepoli di Verità“ geht in ihrem Buch „Ihr habt getötet“ davon aus, dass sich im Vatikan zwei verfeindete Gruppen gegenüberstehen, nämlich ein Ableger der Freimaurerloge P2 und die Organisation Opus Dei, die beide um die Vorherrschaft im vatikan kämpfen. Ein professioneller Killer habe demnach die Estermanns erschossen und C.Tornay musste als Sündenbock sterben.[³]

Folgende Erreignisse

Der frühere Kommandant der Schweizer Garde, Roland Buchs, hat nach der Ermordung seines Nachfolgers Alois Estermann wieder die Führung der Vatikanwache übernommen.[⁴] Am 2. Juni 1998 das Amt dem Luzerner Pius Segmüller übertragen.

Der Vatikan reicht verschiedene Versionen des Abschiedsbriefes von Cédric Tornay an die Presse weiter, die nicht mit der „Ur-Version“, die Muguette Baudat, der Mutter Tornays, vom Vatikan erhalten hat. Diese Ur-Version ist von Graphologen als Fälschung bezeichnet worden.

Corona: Tod eines Wissenschaftlers

Am 02. Mai 2020 ist in Pensylvenia ein an der Universität von Pittsburgh forschender Wissenschaftler im Alter von 37 Jahren erschossen worden. Er soll kurz vor einem Durchbruch zum Verständnis des Virus gestanden haben. Der Mörder soll in der Nähe in einem Auto tot aufgefunden worden sein. Zitat:
„Bing war kurz davor, sehr wichtige Erkenntnisse zum Verständnis der zellulären Mechanismen, die der SARS-CoV-2-Infektion zugrunde liegen, und der zellulären Basis der folgenden Komplikationen zu gewinnen. Wir werden uns bemühen, das zu vervollständigen, was er begonnen hat, um seiner wissenschaftlichen Exzellenz zu huldigen.“

Der Clinton-bodycount brachte den Neologismus „Arkancide“ hervor (Zusammensetzung aus Suicide und Arkansas), der weder als traditioneller Selbstmord noch als Tötungsdelikt definiert wurde, sondern als „Selbstmord“ durch zwei Kugeln in den Hinterkopf.

All killed before testifying. Stabbed, shotgunned or burned. Local detective, John Brown, reportedly solved the case and gave findings to FBI which sat on them. According to Brown, „We now who killed these kids. The reason this case has been stopped … is because it tracks to Bill Clinton being involved in the cover-up“.
Kevin Ives, Don Henry 08/87 Murdered Two Bryant, Ark teens who saw too much of the Mena air drops. Found on train tracks. Initial report said they fell asleep and was made by a state coroner appointed by Bill Clinton. Parents protested and after months, had the boys exumed and e-examined. Cause of death then changed to murder, the boys having been stabbed and skulls crushed before the train arrived.

THECOUNT, Der Ermittler der FBI Clinton Foundation, Sal Cincinelli, ist in Texas bei offensichtlichem Selbstmord gestorben

AUSTIN, TX. (THECOUNT) – FBI-Agenten trauern um Salvatore „Sal“ Cincinelli, einen der führenden Leiter des Bureau für Finanzkriminalität, der Berichten zufolge letzte Woche bei einem Selbstmord gestorben ist.

Cincinelli, 41, hat sich laut TruePundit am Dienstag offenbar auf einer überfüllten Tanzfläche eines Nachtclubs erschossen.

Cincinelli, ein ehemaliger Wall-Street-Broker, der 2010 dem FBI beitrat, starb letzte Woche während einer Nacht nach einer FBI-Schulung, teilten Quellen mit.

Cincinelli feierte angeblich mit FBI-Kollegen in der Container Bar, einer trendigen Kneipe in Austin, TX. Die Gruppe hatte laut Quellen getrunken und getanzt. Später am Abend soll Cincinelli auf einer überfüllten Tanzfläche die Waffe gegen sich selbst gerichtet haben.

Die Container Bar befindet sich in der 90 Rainey St in Austin, TX.

Cincinelli war einer der Sonderagenten der Aufsichtsbehörde, der viele der hochkarätigen und komplexen Ermittlungen des FBI an der Wall Street anführte, einschließlich der Untersuchung der Finanzen der Clinton Foundation. Nachdem er seine Karriere an der Wall Street beendet hatte, wurde Cincinelli zunächst der New Yorker Außenstelle (SDNY) zugeteilt und später zum Hauptquartier in Washington, DC befördert. Er war ein gebürtiger New Yorker.

Das FBI hat sich zu Cincinellis Tod nicht geäußert.

Laut seinem Lebenslauf war Cincinelli Supervisory Special Agent in der Abteilung für den Komplex Finanzkriminalität des FBI. Er leitete das Finanzkriminalitätsprogramm des FBI für die Region Nordosten und war ein Bevollmächtigter des FBI bei der Kommission für den Handel mit Warenterminkontrakten (CFTC). Vor seiner Tätigkeit im FBI-Hauptquartier leitete SSA Cincinelli Ermittlungen gegen Finanzkriminalität im Flaggschiff des FBI in New York. SSA Cincinelli führte unter anderem Untersuchungen zu Marktmanipulation, Unternehmens- und Buchhaltungsbetrug, Ponzi-Systemen, Geldwäsche, Insiderhandel und Kartellverstößen durch. SSA Cincinelli arbeitete vor seinem Eintritt beim FBI als Fixed-Income-Trader und hielt einen MBA in Quantitative Finance der Stern School of Business der NYU.
